Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions

Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked and ship using our prepaid label

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • • Custom or special-order parts
  • • Electrical components that have been installed
  • • Fluids, oils, and chemicals
  • • Items damaged due to improper installation
  • • Parts purchased more than 30 days ago

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in different specifications or for items of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-value item, you'll pay the difference. If exchanging for a lower-value item, we'll refund the difference.

Exchange requests must be made within the same 30-day return window and follow the same return process.
